Laksa Spot. KUCHING CITY- Siney Ya?

Makanan yang paling NAK di try for those Yang first time datang ke Sarawak must be LAKSA SARAWAK or Mi KOLOK. Selain daripada ayam pansuh Dan kek lapis. Terbaru kek butter Mita House walaupun for local Kek Mita ya macam biasa jak.
Laksa Sarawak yang digelar "Breakfast of the God" oleh mendiang Anthony Bourdain, memang berbeza dengan laksa SEMENANJUNG. Ada Yang merasa pelik kenapa kuahnya macam Kari. Bukan..it's not Curry. It's not even near Curry. Laksa Sarawak penuh Rasa rempah Yang unik. Dimakan Pula dengan urang, Taugeh dan isi ayam. Nak Pedas letak lah sambal belacan dan limau kasturi. Adohh adoohhh. Bila menulis pun terliur. 
Berbalik kepada Laksa dan Mi Kolok, Siney port favourite kitak urang? Let's start with Laksa Sarawak and which place to go. Shall we? 
Since Laksa Sarawak is the ultimate dish on the list, you can go to a few places according to Siney Ya personal review and also the town's choice. 
1. Cong Choon Cafe
Those yang near town, I believe you can try here. Laksa SARAWAK nya nyaman (Sedap) Dan berasa. I don't prefer heavy santan taste. Selain Laksa, you can also enjoy other dishes here. 

2. Yong Hua Cafe
Yong Hua Cafe is more famous for it's Mi Kolok, Mi Jawa and sate. Tapi Laksanya.. is actually really nice. Tidak TERLAMPAU berlemak Dan kuahnya cukup berempah. For those Yang baru datang ke Kuching, please jangan risau, this is kind of VIP and celebrities spot to eat. Our Governor, Chief Minister, YB's, designer Tom ABANG Saufi, penyanyi2 DARIPADA Sarawak pun Makan Di Yong Hua. 

3. Mom's Laksa 
Ramai yang suggest here for those Yang Suka Rasa lemak Yang lebih. Mom's Laksa Ada banyak Cawangan dan laksa nya dipelbagaikan juak. Percayalah, not all laksa tasted the same. It depends on your preference. 

4. King's Laksa
 What so King about this Laksa? I think it's because of the variety seafood to choose in your laksa.
 
For me personally, I prefer the original Laksa Sarawak with shredded chicken and prawns. King's Laksa is one of the voted and recommendation to visit and try on. 

5. Sweet Kang Laksa
 FYI, I didn't know this place ada jual Laksa Sarawak because this place are famous for it's KACANG CENDOT or Ice Kang Dan Lai Chi Kang. But yeah, this place is 1 of the place recommended by the citizen of Kuching, Sarawak.

6. Madam Tang
The only problem I have with Madam Tang's Laksa is, they used hard boiled eggs instead of shredded omelette. But there's a few branches used shredded omelette. Overall the taste is really strong according to Siney Ya's preference. 
Other than Laksa, you can also enjoy other menu here. Tolong order Chicken Meat Roll. So Sedap!

7. Serapi Corner
Another 4 ⭐ lokasi Laksa Sarawak is Serapi Corner. Selain Laksa, pun (juga) ada menu lain. It has the Malay flavour for their laksa's.
8. Kopi O Corner
By the way, you can eat Laksa at anytime. Which ever time Yang kitak urang (KORANG) Rasa NAK Makan. So here is another places to eat your Laksa. Cuma, slow. Ya jak lah.
Okey! I guess it wraps up all the list for you to eat Laksa Sarawak dengan SELAMAT. So, don't listen to rumours about kesahihan the food ya. All been tasted, and recommended by muslimin Dan muslimat Yang loves Laksa Sarawak. 🤭🫰

UNCLE LIM'S LEGENDARY MEE MIRAH!

Those yang membesar zaman zaman Parkson Dan bowling Riverside, you will know this place. Riverside is the most famous mall dolok, dan banyak kedey Sia menjadikan location ya antara yang tersibuk. Sia juak dekat dengan semua main food destination SEPERTI SEAFOOD TAMAN KERETA YA.  Jujur lah SY? nak madah, I thought this place dah history tapi it is open and di usahakan oleh family arwah Uncle Lim (he is a Chinese Muslim). This Mee Mirah is so famous kat belakang Parkson dolok. The place was always packed sampey sik Ada TEMPAT dudok. Look at the price, it is still cheap.  I recognise the late Uncle LIM'S wife and terus kelakar dengan nya. I was thrilled and happy to see her and we talked about his late husband.
